eFiling: This service allows you to file the case information online for small claims (disputes involving a sum of money not greater than $2,500) and civil lawsuits (not exceeding $10,000).
The process of eFiling is simple and involves the following steps:
• Select the location to file the case and then click on the next button
• The next page gives you a tutorial about the other options available.
• Then there are sections dealing with the plaintiff’s and defendants.
• Finally you get the option to review and print the form.

Case Lookup: This service allows the user to access the court records in Arizona. To use this service, visit http://apps.supremecourt.az.gov/publicaccess/. This website provides two search option to the users,
• Search by Name which requires the last name (or the name of organization), First Name, Date of Birth, Court Name as the input fields.
• Search by Case number which requires the Case Number and Court Name as the input fields.
The FARE (Fines/Fees and Restitution Enforcement service) is an online payment portal which allows you view and pay your debts to the Arizona municipal courts. The link for this service is https://wmq.etimspayments.com/pbw/include/arizona/input.jsp. Enter the case number or the notice number as applicable. Then click on the “continue” button. The case number can also be obtained from the following website http://apps.supremecourt.az.gov/publicaccess/.
Jurisdiction of the Arizona Municipal Court
