Colorado County Court Information
The judicial structure in the state of Colorado, like most other states in the United States, resembles a pyramid. The Colorado Supreme Court lies at the top of the legal pyramid. It is followed by the Colorado Court of Appeals. Next in line are the trial courts in the state comprising of the District courts, the County courts and the Water courts. The Supreme Court and the Court of Appeals generally hear cases that have already been adjudicated by the trial courts.
Colorado Judicial Districts
