All the individuals included in the list are wanted by the FBI in connection with heinous crimes committed by them. Almost all these acts of terrorism had resulted in deaths as well as destruction of governmental facilities. The list contains information about five individuals suspected of planning terrorism acts against the United States of America.  The list of most wanted terrorists is not similar to the other criminal records and a name included within the list is not likely to be removed unless the terrorist is believed to be dead or the charges against him are dropped completely.
