Hillsborough County
The records go back to January 1, 1995 and the information is maintained online by the office of the Hillsborough County Sheriff. Information on arrest records in the state can be availed from http://www.hcso.tampa.fl.us/pub/default.asp?/Online/sname01 . You can make your arrest inquiry there.
There are different ways in which you can make your search. You can make your search by name. You need to fill out the required spaces on the online form. You can also inquire with the help of the booking number, the booking date, and even the release date.
Sarasota County
The Sarasota County in Florida also maintains its arrest records online at http://www.sarasotasheriff.org/arrests.asp. The webpage features a date wise index of arrests made in the county. The files are maintained online for an average span of 90 days or three months. The information is updated regularly except on holidays and weekends.

Hernando County arrest records in Florida are also maintained by the office of the county sheriff at http://www.hernandosheriff.org/Records/. The online database contains the arrest information that is not considered to be confidential in compliance to the Florida public records laws.
If you want to acquire information about the arrests made in the county prior to 1st October 1995, then you need to contact the Records Section of the Hernando County Sheriff’s Office. Requests from the media houses are to be addressed to the Public Information Officer. Nassau County
In Nassau County, arrest information is maintained by the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office. You can view the details regarding the arrest, along with the photograph of the one who is serving his incarceration, currently, on the website of the sheriff at http://www.nassaucountysheriff.com/Inmate%20Information.asp. All you need to do is make the search with the last name of the inmate.

Hardee County
Arrest information for the Hardee County in the state is also maintained by the office of the sheriff. The search can be made at http://65.40.10.64/jail1.htm. The information available on the website can be searched in many ways, either by first name, last name, or even by the date of arrest. You can get a comprehensive list of people who are currently serving their term in the county jail at http://65.40.10.64/currentinmate.aspx.
The information should, however, be cross checked by referring to the Hardee County Clerk of Courts at http://www.hardeeclerk.com/. There is also an arrest log that would give you a list of the people who are in custody with the department.
Lee County
As with most of the Florida counties, arrest information in Lee County of the state is maintained by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office. The database maintains records of arrests since 1997, and you can search for the same by filling out at the form at http://www.sheriffleefl.org/about/jaildetention/arrestsrch.aspx. it requires you to furnish information like the full name of the offender, the approximate age, the date of birth, race, sex, and the booking number and click on the “search” option.

Polka County
