The system of Florida courts has been segregated into different divisions, on primarily two counts. Levels in the Florida Court System

The Supreme Court of Florida heads the hierarchy of judicial institutions in the state. There are also several other lower level courts in FL. These are the courts at the district level, the Florida Circuit courts and the courts that operate at the county level.

The legal authorities of Florida specify for the establishment of the Office of the Court Clerk for each court in Florida. The clerk’s office is responsible for the smooth execution of several of the legal duties, and this includes the maintenance of court records.
