How Are the Georgia County Arrest Records Created
When an individual is arrested by an arresting agency, the agency files an arrest report which becomes an arrest record. To view and obtain the county arrest records in Georgia, you need to contact the office of the County Sheriff or the local Police Department that are situated in all of the counties in the state. According to O.C. G. A. and 35-3-34(d.2) you can look up and verify the details contained in a felony arrest records of other individuals without the consent of that person.
