Georgia County Court is a locally funded court without any jury trials. There are a total of four counties which have a Georgia County Court with twenty judges presiding over them. The cases handled by Georgia County Court are traffic and other civic rules violations, misdemeanors and preliminary hearings. Clayton County Court
Clayton County is both a circuit and county which falls under the 6th Judicial District. Under Clayton County there is a Superior Court, Probate Court, State Court, Magistrate Court, and Juvenile Court. DeKalb County has a Superior Court, State Court, Magistrate Court, Probate Court and Juvenile Court under its jurisdiction. Under Gwinnett County Court there is a Superior, State, Magistrate, Probate, Juvenile and Recorder’s Court. It is a trial court with general jurisdiction. All civil, criminal, juvenile or domestic relations cases that arise within the limits of this county are brought to Gwinnett County Court. Fulton County Court
