Idaho Court Information

Idaho law guarantees the granting of equal availability of the services of the judicial institutions to all citizens of the state. By virtue of their effectiveness in settling different types of legal disputes, the authorities here aim to increase the trust and faith of the common people in the effectiveness of the Idaho court system.

In the Idaho there are state courts and federal courts. At the top level of the state courts is the Supreme Court, which is followed by the appellate courts and 7 district courts. There is a drug court and court for mental health cases as well.
