Juvenile and Probate Court
The Licking County Court of Juvenile and Probate comes under the Licking County Common Pleas Court. These are two separate courts served by one judge. In these two courts of Licking County, the honorable Robert Hoover has been serving since 1996.
The Licking County Court for Juveniles emphasizes taking the concerned youth into custody and giving them a chance to speak up in court for justice. While in rehabilitation, the court takes care of the physical as well as psychological development of the youth. It hears the juvenile cases of traffic offenses, child abuse, negligence, and tobacco offenders.
