Lorain Court Information and Locations

The Lorain Municipal Court in Ohio is a court of record empowered by statutes to exercise its jurisdiction rights to maintain and enforce law, order, and harmony. The court has the right to decide breaches of law and impose punishment. Jurisdiction of the Lorain Court

The Lorain Court’s territorial jurisdiction encompasses the city of Sheffield Lake and Sheffield Township, as well as the city of Lorain. It has the power to sit over a number of civil and criminal cases.
