These courts are as follows:

The idea of the self help features is to allow any ordinary citizen of Nevada to carry out the court formalities without the assistance of an attorney. For this to happen successfully the court information is provided to the user through different initiatives such as:
· Free clinics and classes in which the court procedures are explained to the interested citizens in intricate details
· Alternative dispute resolution is an alternative to litigation available to the citizens.
· Small claims adviser is available to those interested in small claims filing.
· Free court tours are conducted for those people who are presently involved in a court case to familiarize them with the various offices of court they may need to visit in the future.

One other service called ‘Mediation’ is provided by the Nevada County Court. This activity involves an experienced mediator who tries to eliminate the differences and creates terms acceptable to all the parties involved. This service has several advantages such as:
