There is a Texas District Court in each of four judicial districts under Federal jurisdiction and they are:
• U.S. District Court for the Eastern District
• U.S. District Court for the Northern District
• U.S. District Court for the Southern District
• U.S. District Court for the Western District
Eastern District

Appeals from the District Court are heard by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit (other than for cases of patent claims and claims that are filed against the government under the Tucker Act, in which the Federal Circuit is where the appeal needs to be filed). Failing that, you can appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
