If a person in Indiana County is found guilty of kidnapping, when the victim is less than 18 years of age (IC 35-42-3-2), criminal confinement of a person below 18 (IC 35-42-3-3) or possession of child pornography if the person has a prior unrelated conviction for possession of child pornography (IC 35-42-4-4c) he is regarded as a sex offender in Indiana County.
